Job Description:
The primary role of Branch Manager is developing, monitoring & maintaining overall administration, operations, marketing, lending, and security of the branch. The position incumbent is also responsible for developing strong business relationship with existing customers/clients, increase market share by exploring new business opportunities, maintenance of best customer services, motivating branch staff to achieve branch targets, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Policies & Process (SOPs), AML/CDD Policy of the Bank and AML/CFT Regulations monitoring & controlling of operating expenses to minimize unnecessary expenses and maximizing branch profitability.
