We are a warm, loving family with **three wonderful children, ages 5, 3, and 10 months**, seeking an exceptional **full-time live-in nanny** to join our household in Bermuda.
We are looking for someone who is kind, responsible, proactive, and genuinely passionate about caring for children. The ideal candidate naturally builds strong, loving relationships with children, takes initiative, and treats our home and family with the highest level of care and respect.

We are seeking a **long-term nanny** who will become a trusted and valued part of our family's daily life.
## Responsibilities
* Provide loving, attentive, and engaging care for our three children.
* Build warm and affectionate relationships through playing, talking, reading, and spending quality time together.
* Provide attentive and age-appropriate care for our infant.
* Encourage good manners, kindness, independence, and responsibility.
* Help maintain consistent routines, including meals, naps, bedtime, and activities.
* Support healthy habits by limiting screen time, reducing sugary snacks, and encouraging active and outdoor play.
* Drive the children to and from school, activities, appointments, and outings as needed.
* Run occasional family errands, including grocery shopping and pickups.
* Help keep the children's areas and the home clean, tidy, and well organized.
* Prepare simple, nutritious meals and snacks when ingredients are provided.
* Take initiative, anticipate the family's needs, solve problems independently, and assist wherever needed.
Qualifications
* Previous experience caring for young children, preferably in a private household.
* Experience caring for infants is strongly preferred.
* **Must know how to drive and hold a valid driver's license. Candidates do not need to be highly confident drivers at the time of application, but they must already know how to drive and be willing to become comfortable driving regularly in Bermuda.**
* Clean driving record strongly preferred.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Warm, patient, energetic, dependable, and trustworthy.
* Comfortable living with a family and working as part of a household team.
* Able to take initiative and work independently without constant direction.
* Willing to relocate internationally and live in Bermuda.
* Willing to commit to a long-term position.
